Love vs Money!
My convictions don’t always benefit me
Neither do they change life's reality.
I pursue what is most beneficial to me.
That which would give satisfaction and peace.
If I seek after money it would not compensate,
Know how to appreciate, take the place of love.
Its compassion would be mere scoffing and not a blessing.
If I refuse to accept this as a fact, it is still so.
It matters not what sight or promise it gives.
Possession does not gives value or fulfill anyone.
It does not change behaviors, or ways.
And would leave me constantly looking for love.
