Aching on the inside. It's hard to stop second guessing, my beliefs, all I've placed my trust in. Disappointed and broken, but certain, I don't need to prove my reason for being. I sorrow, I sorrow deeply. He used to walk along side me. I recall his smile, I called him baby brother. He was stolen, smothered. Conflict snatched life from him. Their pain was not for him, woman he chose destroyed him. why didn't he turn away, look the other way? I am heart broken. What does it matter? His thoughts were not of me. Ashes won again, am ignited, Not by passion, but fury. Grief unleashed, I asked for help. But all refused to listen. Death release your sting. Beauty tarnished by folly. Why did that happen?
