For Him not Me!
How could I forget?
How could I deny,
How could I find delight,
Or be taken in by any of this?
What kind of creatures are we?
That we do not care about
A lesser being, a child!
One that came here as I?
Why do we not love?
Is it her skin color?
Or because of who gave birth to her?
How could I find joy?
Accept his promises of peace?
How could I return to these despicable beings?
Places so much importance
On a boy that is not his.
He also pushed me away.
So why would he come?
To teach him, take credit.
As it is documented,
As though, he were his son.
