Difficult Instructions!
Learn from your surroundings.
Grow stronger from your sufferings.
Gain understanding from experiencing.
And joy from finishing or overcoming.
But there is little joy or reward in a person.
That has hurts or disrespected others.
Even if they professed not to have.
If, all the evidence shows that to be untrue.
Those claims are extremely troubling.
They linger and plague my mind continuously.
Not that I deliberately focus on it, as you remain.
Trapped, I am profoundly bothered as I contemplate it.
